I got the CAP Barbell 5 lb neoprene dumbbells for light exercise, and they're exactly what you'd expect for the price. The neoprene coating provides a comfortable, non-slip grip, and the hexagonal shape prevents rolling. However, the iron handle is a bit thin for my liking, and the coating started peeling after a few months of regular use. They do the job for bicep curls and shoulder raises, but they're not built for heavy-duty workouts. Fine for beginners or as an add-on set.
