Our take
This set is ideal for my teenage daughter who is starting strength training. The neoprene coating is soft and doesn't slip. The rack keeps her room organized. I wish the weight range was a bit higher—3, 5, 8 lbs—so she'll outgrow them soon. Also, the rack is lightweight and doesn't feel super sturdy. But for the price, it's a safe and functional starter set for light workouts.
